Your calculations stay in your browser
The property calculator and wizard run entirely on your device. Income, purchase price, deposit, loan and address values are never sent to our servers or analytics.
Local storage
Wizard state is saved to your browser's session storage so you can refresh without losing it. If you choose "save locally", the data also lives in your local storage. You can clear it at any time.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics where available, and only track non-financial events (wizard started, results viewed, advisory clicked). We never send financial or personal values.
Contact forms
When a form becomes active, the information you submit (such as your name, email and enquiry) will be used to respond to you and will be stored by the form provider. No form currently transmits data.
